About this section

Vintage hand tools and small electronics, packed and shipped out of a garage in Ohio — that is the whole of Owen Kittredge's operation, and it is why this site is about money coming back rather than money going out. He has filed more carrier claims than he would like to admit, and lost a few of them for reasons nobody had bothered to write down. He does not practise law and does not take other people's cases. Every deadline and decision rule here names the platform or carrier page it came from and prints the date that page was read, because several of these rules changed twice in 2026.
